Camper Information and Pics

2002 Jayco Heritage Laurel

We’re the 2nd owners of this gorgeous fully loaded camper. The previous owners bought it new as a floor demo model and only used it 2-3 times per year. We’ve used it approx 10 times in the 1.5 years we’ve had it. The camper can be fully set up in 1/2 and hour and all the systems are straightforward and easy to use. Details and options are:
  • 12ft camper box (+ the large storage trunk in the front)
  • Both end bunks are king size and the dinette also folds down to sleep 2 more. As you can see in the floorplan and pictures below, the dinette slides out to give you more floor space.
  • You won’t find the largest bus-sized motorhome with 2 king sized beds!
  • Hydraulic surge brakes
  • 12ft canopy
  • Zip in screen room that attaches to the canopy - has never been used!
  • 4 bike bicycle rack on roof
  • Dual propane tanks
  • A/C (will freeze you out of the camper!)
  • Propane furnace (keeps things very warm inside in the winter)
  • Indoor/outdoor propane stove that can be used on the countertop inside or hooked up outside
  • RVQ Propane grill that attaches outside
  • Propane hot water heater
  • 3 way dorm-size refrigerator (runs on electric, propane, or battery)
  • Fold down shower stall with integrated cassette toilet - awesome for those late night nature calls and has also proved itself invaluable when you have small children with you
  • Bunk lights that clip on in numerous places inside camper for good lighting
  • AM/FM CD player with built in speakers
  • Tinted windows
  • 20ish gallon fresh water storage tank if you are camping somewhere without a water hookup - also there is a 12V pump on the sink if you don’t have electric hooks that will run on the battery to pump the water.
  • 17 gallon “grey water” storage tank that the shower drains into.
  • Outside shower
  • Four110v houshold outlets inside and one outside
  • A number of accessories purchased aftermarket by us to help out and make things nice while camping that can be negotiated on if you’d like.
  • Two new tires installed last fall with less than 300 miles on them.
  • Approx curb weight = 2500lbs (I've not weighed it, this is an educated guess)
  • The NADA value for this camper is approx $8300. We're asking $8000 obo.
